Addiction is usually the beginning but the main feature is that sugary food can cause you to have obesity and disorders like diabetes. This is because sugar is converted into dead calories (which your body does not need), which are in turn converted into glucose. Even if you exercise, you are going to have a hard time burning off these calories and there will be no point in doing the exercise if you are binging on sugary food.

Applying different balms and creams will not help if you are still eating food that causes you acne. You know how it looks when your face is decorated with acne.
