Get back at something you did not have time for before!
This can be the book you did not finish because you did not have time for before the lockdown was in place. You can start something productive like learning a new language where French can be a good option. A programming language can also be awesome!
Not only it will help with your biology but it will help you mentally as any type of exercise is a great cause for you because it induces specific hormones that help keep your mind healthy and obviously the body! It will also be time spent well and good.
Play board games
Scrabble and Monopoly are a good start and so is Sudoku and Ludo. While social distance is important if some healthy people are staying in the same space then these board games are excellent time crunchers.
If you have a mind that is prone to anxiety and stress then this is highly important. Even if it is the case that you have a healthy mind in regards to mental disorders, it can still help especially when it can be the case that there is a barge of news coming in about the Coronavirus during your Lockdown!
Listen to your family members for a change!
Another great time spender will be your time spent with members of your family. Previously, you were not able to interact that much because of various reasons, for example, each of going to your respective jobs!
